- Former Director of Orford Mining which was acquired by Alamos Gold.
- Until his appointment as President and CEO, served as SVP Exploration and Business development at ATEX.
Elijah Tyshynski
CFO & Corporate Secretary
- Over two decades of experience in International Capital Markets, across various continents and structures.
- Joined ATEX, following the sale of O3 Mining to Agnico Eagle in 2025.
- Was O3’s CFO and Corporate Secretary overseeing financial and regulatory reporting, financings, implementation of internal policies and process, and the eventual transaction with Agnico Eagle.
- Also previously worked with Osisko Mining (acquired by Goldfields in 2024) as the Director of Strategic Development, and worked with other companies within the Osisko Group.
- Extensive capital markets and infrastructure financing experience including Senior Portfolio Manager at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan (Toronto, Canada), Head of Trading for the Standard Bank of South Africa (Johannesburg, South Africa), and VP of Emerging Market Trading for both Morgan Stanley and Royal Bank of Canada (London, England).
Aman Atwal
VP of Business Development and Investor Relations
- Over a decade of Corporate Development and Investor Relations experience with senior publicly traded mining companies.
- Joined from Lundin Mining as Director, Corporate Development, having spent nine years contributing to the strategy, execution, and communication of three successful acquisitions, one strategic divestiture, and a high profile attempted takeover.
- Prior to Lundin Mining, worked in Investor Relations at Barrick Gold and in Equity Research at Barclays Capital Canada covering the North American mining sector.
- Holds an MBA from McMaster University, a LLM (Master of Laws) in Business Law, from York University Osgoode Hall Law School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Christine Rainaud
Exploration Director
- Over 25 years of international experience in minerals exploration in both South America and Africa.
- Most recently held the position of Chile Exploration Manager with BHP.
- Formerly with Santiago Metals, PanAust, Gold Fields, SRK and First Quantum Minerals.
- Senior geologist with a PhD in Economic Geology.
- Experience includes managing projects from the exploration stage through to feasibility, multidisciplinary team management, integration of high standards in safety, environment, inclusion, and team and culture diversity.
Felipe Machado P.
General Manager and Director of Sustainability
- Over 19 years of management experience with a focus on sustainability.
- Expertise in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into business strategy and practices.
- Recently held an executive position at a Chilean midstream oil and gas company.
- Consultant to over 40 companies across diverse industries.
- PhD in Economics from Université de Rennes and Sociologist from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Holds ESG certifications from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
- Brazilian, residing in Chile for over two decades, fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
